Archaeology, Myth and Magic

My work has always explored mythology and belief systems, and how they interconnect with human experience. I think of my mixed media sculptures and drawings as three-dimensional urban or folk stories that capture the wisdom—textured by landscape, heritage, and belief—passed from one generation to the next.  These stories—whether told in a Buddhist Temple or across an Aborignal camp fire—share  and preserve a culture and ensures its continued survival.
